All payments must be submitted through StackModeGraphics website, or an invoice sent by StackModeGraphics ONLY.
A FULL payment must be paid in order to begin your requested service. StackModeGraphics MAY consider a 50% deposit on select services, however this is NOT required and StackModeGraphics has the right to collect FULL payment before starting ANY service.
All payments, including arranged deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that StackModeGraphics decides to cancel a project due to personal circumstances, then a refund will be issued to the client.
If StackModeGraphics allowed a client to submit a deposit for services, ALL remaining balances will be due before final project is sent. In the event that a client fails to submit the remaining balance, they will not receive their project until it has been received.

The turnaround time for a project begins based on the agreed upon date by the client and StackModeGraphics. Please note that this date may not be the same as the date of booking.
Turnaround times will include business hours ONLY. Weekends and holidays observed in the USA will not be included in turnaround times. Please book accordingly, turnaround times cannot be changed, but a RUSH FEE of $45 can be paid for a faster turnaround time.
If a client fails to submit the necessary information that is needed to complete a service, StackModeGraphics is subject to extending the turnaround time. It is crucial that clients submit information to ensure services are done within the turnaround time that is establishes for each service.
Rush fees can be applied to any service on StackModeGraphics.com EXCEPT for Website Revamps or Full Website Designs.

All services and products available on StackModeGraphics.com are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that StackModeGraphics has to cancel an order due to personal circumstances, a refund will be given to the client.
If the client decides to cancel the project for ANY reason, StackModeGraphics is NOT required to provide a refund to the client. After cancelling a service, the client will need to submit another FULL payment to re-book the service.
At ANY given time during the design process that a client becomes disrespectful or difficult to work with StackModeGraphics observes the right to terminate any current projects and a refund will NOT be issue to the client.
Information is of high importance, if the necessary information (i.e. forms, pictures, project details, etc) have not been submitted by the client to StackModeGraphics within 5 business days, the project will be cancelled and refunded due to lack of communication.

Communication is of high importance to ensure your design is done within the stated turnaround time. Failure to communicate could result in your project being cancelled and a refund NOT being issued.
If a client has not communicated with StackModeGraphics within 2 weeks of information being requested, their project, StackModeGraphics reserves the right to charge an inconvenience fee of $50 that must be paid to continue the project. If the inconvenience fee is not paid, the project will be cancelled and a refund will NOT be given. If a client has not communicated with StackModeGraphics for 30 days, the project will be terminated and a refund will NOT be given.
All required information must be submitted to StackModeGraphics within 1 week of booking your service. If a client fails to submit the necessary information, StackModeGraphics reserve the right to charge a late fee of $10 if you wish to continue your project.
If a client wishes to re-book a service after failed communication attempts, the client will be required to submit FULL payment to StackModeGraphics.

StackModeGraphics will send all final projects in the following formats: .jpg, .png, .pdf
All drafts will be watermarked by StackModeGraphics when sending for client's approval. Drafts received by the client from StackModeGraphics are not to be shared or claimed as your own, they are for viewing purposes only.
StackModeGraphics reserves the right to post any content made. A client can request a Copyright Transfer Agreement from StackModeGraphics. If an event flyer is made with an address, at the client's request the address can be changed to a generic address before posting content. Ex. 123 Anywhere St.
All clients are given 3 free revisions - color changes, font changes etc from StackModeGraphics. Additional revision will be charged a $10 fee per revision. Revisions are minor changes to the client's design. A major change (layout, concept, etc) will result in a redesign fee of $50.
Once a client has approved of a design and the final files are sent to the client by StackModeGraphics, no additional revisions can be made. After final files are sent, a client would need to re-book to make any changes.
