Due to the nature of the services provided by StackModeGraphics, once your project has started, there will be absolutely NO refunds of any kind. All services and products are non-refundable.

Your turnaround time depends on the service you booked. Turnaround time can range from 2-25 business days.

Yes, when your draft is sent you will be allowed up to 3 free revisions. Additional revisions will be a fee of $10 each. Revisions are minor changes to your design. If you want a re-design you will be charged a re-design fee based on the service you receive.
